Seems Ansley may have a urinary tract infection....they took a urine sample by catheter yesterday (ouch) and have sent it off to the lab....she seems better, she actually smiled this morning for the first time since Sunday afternoon.....her fever appears to have broken and she has stopped her little "I'm hurt" whine, so we think she is on the mend; she starts antibiotics in a few hours. Yesterday after the catheter, the doctor gave her a huge shot of antibiotics that works for 24 hours and then she starts on oral antibiotics tonight.......we will keep you all posted.
She is just SO sad when she does not feel good; too much for a little one....just breaks my heart!
